I don't think any mathematician will ever be great enough to prove which shade is best in all ways. There are just so many subtle variations, each conjuring a different collection of emotions and associations. One might as well argue which is the best kind of love.

I usually imagine that with the long historical ones, most people will watch them only once. I could be hopelessly wrong. Google's data does not show me how many viewers are repeat viewers.
