new you keto I started out dirty Kido and I progressively cleaned it up as I went it's not something that's just gonna be perfect overnight it's going to be a gradual change and it's gonna be different for everybody as long as you're open to not giving up when things get hard and to keep up on your electrolytes and to drink plenty of water and to you know make sure you're eating nutrient dense foods and you know I eat liver on a regular basis I love it bill and I started our keto journey just over a year ago and we decided to document it on YouTube for motivation and keeping us accountable because we're crazy one of the big recommendations we encourage you to do as uncomfortable as it might be is to take pictures
